The event takes place at Hylands Estate, Greenbury Way, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 8FS . Follow the signs for the event upon arrival.
Yes, tickets are very limited for each time show so must be pre-booked.
Yes, please ensure you select parking at checkout.
All children must book a ticket. Children under the age of 3 are free of charge but must still book a ticket. There is a charge for children age 3-15 years. Children 16 and over pay the adult price.
Yes, we permit one free carer per party where required.
Please note that the carer must be accompanying a paid for ticket holder. Only one carer is ticket is permited per paid for ticket holder.
Upon arrival the carer ticket holder must show one of the following pieces to the check in staff:
• Disability Living Allowance (DLA)
• Attendance Allowance (AA)
• Blind Persons Registration
• Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
• Armed Forces Independence Payment (AFIP)
• CredAbility’s Access Card with +1 symbol
• CEA Card
There will be pulsating and flashing light effects across all sections of our shows (with additional haze/smoke effects at various points). Customers with motion sensitivity are also advised there are sections of the show with slow motion lighting effects.
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted to attend our shows.
As soon as you’ve completed the purchase of your tickets you will be shown your order number (please make a note of this) as well as a link to download your tickets immediately. You can also use your order number and email address to access your tickets via the “My Tickets” section of our website.
No, all you need to do is download your tickets on your mobile device and then show the QR code for each ticket to the stewards upon arrival.

Our event takes place on a large event field. Whilst generally flat and even, ground conditions do vary depending upon the weather.
Re-entry is not permitted.
No. You will not be admitted before your timed ticket slot, please ensure you arrive no earlier than your allocated slot. If you arrive earlier than booked, you will be turned away to ensure smooth entry for guests who have booked for that time.
Drone shows are more sensitive to weather conditions than other events. For safety and regulatory reasons, the performance may be delayed, paused or cancelled in the event of unsuitable conditions such as high winds, heavy rain or poor visibility. Our team continuously monitors the forecast and on-site conditions in the lead-up to and during the show. If a cancellation is required, all ticket holders will be notified by email and updates will be shared on our website and social channels as soon as possible. We recommend checking for updates before travelling and allowing extra time in case of schedule adjustments.
In the event that the show cannot go ahead due to unsuitable weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the performance and tickets will remain valid for the new date. As drone operations are highly weather-dependent and safety-led, refunds are not guaranteed in the case of cancellation. Where rescheduling is not possible, any alternative arrangements, including refunds or ticket transfers, will be communicated to ticket holders directly.
No, refreshments are not included in the price of the ticket but the food vendors do accept card payments.
